Why is my listing not appearing?

1. Have you paid your annual membership subscription?

2. Have you paid the extra $20 fee to be listed in Find A Teacher?

If you are sure that you have paid both fees then email the membership secretary and ask about the status of your listing.

I have paid (or renewed) my membership, why is my listing not appearing?

Have you paid the $20 Find A Teacher fee which is in addition to your annual membership subscription?

This is often overlooked by members when renewing their membership.

My Find A Teacher listing has disappeared. What happened and how do I get it back?

The usual reasons are

A) your annual membership renewal has not been received by the ANATS Secretariat or has gone astray in the mail

B) you forgot to pay the extra $20 fee for your Find A Teacher listing, in addition to your annual membership subscription.

Why can't I log in to edit my contact details in Find A Teacher?

This is usually for one of two major reasons:

A) you've forgotten your password and it needs to be reset

B) your password is correct but you have not renewed your annual membership subscription and the login system is denying you access.

The login system has a built in grace period so that you can successfully log in for up to 6 weeks after your membersip expires.

This allows time for late renewals to reach Sydney by mail over the Christmas season and be processed without members being inconvenienced by the login system.

How can I get my photo onto Find A Teacher?

Either:

Email your photo, as large as possible in JPG format (see also the note below on aspect ratio), to John Waller

or

Mail your photo to:

or

Mail your photo to the ANATS Secretariat when you send in your form with your payment.

What dimensions (aspect ratio) are required for the photo?

Uploaded photos in Find A Teacher are always 100 pixels wide x 140 pixels high.



Received photos which do not match this aspect ratio may be adjusted or cropped to suit.
