The focus of this presentation will be on topics such as:
Setting up your business model
Goal setting
How to develop a database of industry contacts
Creating a strategic marketing plan
Negotiating contracts
Financial matters and tax implications
This presentation will allow the opportunity for delegates to raise issues concerning their own teaching studios and will be followed by a group discussion.
