If you’re an early career singing teacher carrying your shiny new toolbox into a studio for the first time, but needing to load it up with some basic, useful tools for teaching, or if you’re a more experienced teacher wanting to replace some rusty tools with some newer models, or even if you’re simply interested in becoming a singing teacher, but want to know more, then this workshop is for you! Last year, we covered the core elements of vocal technique.This workshop will be looking at physical, emotional, and stylistic considerations in the studio for students of all ages and levels – from children, through voice change and tertiary preparation, and on to adulthood and the mature voice. For each stage of development, there will also be an opportunity to observe through masterclasses and discuss appropriate teaching outcomes.
